1. Who We Are

suetea.com (“Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a community-run, no-cost web tool that helps individuals generate template communications to request removal of personal data from the “Tea Dating Advice” mobile application. We are not affiliated with Tea Dating Advice, Inc., Apple Inc., or any law firm.

2. Our Privacy Principles

Data-Minimisation. We collect the least amount of personal data needed to keep the Site running.
Client-Side First. All template generation happens in your browser; your inputs are never sent to our servers.
Transparency. We tell you exactly what limited data is collected, why, and how to control it.
No Sale or Ads. We do not sell, rent, or serve ads based on any personal data.

Important: Names, emails, phone numbers, and any other information you type into the on-page templates are stored only in your browser’s memory. They vanish when you refresh, close the tab, or clear site data.

5. How We Share Data

Limited sharing occurs only with:

Service Providers

Vercel Inc. – hosting & analytics
Cloudflare Inc. – edge caching & basic logs

Legal or Safety – if required by court order or to prevent harm or abuse.

All processors are contractually bound to protect data under equivalent standards.

6. International Data Transfers

Servers are located in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, you consent to transferring your information to the U.S., where privacy laws may differ. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

Access or obtain a copy of usage data we hold about you.
Request deletion or correction of that data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise rights, email privacy@suetea.com with the subject line “Data Request.” We may need limited additional information (e.g., IP and date range) to locate analytics logs.

8. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted via TLS.
Servers employ firewalls, access controls, and continuous monitoring.
Only two administrators can access raw logs, protected by hardware-token MFA.
No system is 100 % secure; please use the Site at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site links to external sites (Apple dispute form, Gmail compose, BuyMeACoffee, social networks). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those documents before interacting.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for users 16 years and older (or the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us for deletion.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
